The Folkestone Haven

Hestia

The Folkestone Haven is a safe and supportive space for adult residents of the Folkestone and Hythe District who are experiencing mental health crisis. We offer personalised support from experienced staff and volunteers, to help people reduce their immediate crisis and then draw upon their assets and develop their resilience, coping and problem solving skills to support self-management of their mental health.

There is no need for an appointment and it’s free to use, just turn up and you’ll be met by a listening ear and benefit from companionship and engaging therapeutic support.
